When booking, our system requires a deposit, which is 30% of the selected service's price. The amount paid will be deducted from the final price of the service. The deposit can be paid via the link provided in the confirmation email, and you have 1 hour to complete the payment. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit is refundable if the cancellation or change is made at least 2 working days prior to the appointment, either through the confirmation email or by notifying the salon.
